Structural Overview

The structure of the Northumberland Strategic Partnership consists of the following four elements:

The Partnership Core
This includes the Board,  Executive , Thematic Partnerships, and Area Partnerships.  These are supported by a Performance & Improvement Forum.  You may also want to look at the Partnership Structure and Partnership Plan.

Affiliated Partnerships
These represent those partnerships that have a strong affinity with the ambition and ethos of the NSP but which retain a degree of independence in order to stay focused on their particular mission.

Independent Networks
These represent groups that are autonomous from the NSP but which provide important perspectives and insights in steering its direction. 

Community Forums
Forums are places where the wider community can come together to share local knowledge and concerns and to work with service providers to tackle them.
